1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by Kikki-G Swimwear ("the Organiser"). The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Organiser are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The competition will run from 9th January 2025 at 4:00 PM (AST) until 23rd January 2025 at 4:00 PM (AST). Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow @kikki_gswim on Instagram.
• Like the official giveaway post.
• Tag a friend in the comments who appreciates effortless elegance (multiple entries are allowed, but only one tag per comment).
• Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @kikki_gswim for an additional entry.

5. Prize

• The winner will be entitled to choose one swimsuit of their choice from Kikki-G Swimwear's latest collection.
• Delivery costs will be covered by the Organiser.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries using a verified random selection method.
• The winner will be announced on 23rd January 2025 at 4:00 PM (AST) via  @kikki_gswim's Instagram Stories and contacted directly via Instagram direct message.
• The winner must respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. General Conditions

• Participants must not inaccurately tag themselves or others in the post or comments (e.g., tagging individuals who are not depicted in their shared content).
• By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Participants release Instagram from all responsibility and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected during this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
• By entering, participants agree that the Organiser may publish their name or Instagram handle in connection with the competition announcement.

9. Disclaimers

• The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at its sole discretion if technical or other issues arise beyond its control.
• Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this competition may result in disqualification.

This competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of the Organiser's jurisdiction.
