Refund policy

"I hope that you love the swimwear you have bought. However if it does not work for some reason we will be happy to refund you. If there is anything about the fit or cut which you didn't like, please let me know. My email is mhairi@kikki-g.com. We are a new brand and I am keen to know what you think, like and don't like. I decided to start a swimwear brand because I could not find any swimwear which I loved and which fitted really well and was flattering. Your feedback is important to me and I will be happy to hear from you." Love Mhairi 

If you wish to return an item for any reason you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.  

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. The hygiene strip must be intact. Please do keep your underwear on when trying on your swimwear. 

To start a return, please contact us at contact@kikki-g.com. When we receive your refund request we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When you receive the return shipping label please return the goods within 30 days. We may not be able to refund your items if they are received after this time period.

We are unable to offer exchanges.

We will notify you once we have received your return items and checked their condition. If the goods are in their original condition you’ll be refunded within 14 days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed receipt and  approved your return, please contact us at contact@kikki-g.com.
